To enroll in the CPAEntropy Affiliate Program, you must submit an application through our website. CPAEntropy reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
CPAEntropy offers competitive commission rates based on the offers promoted. Commission rates and payment terms will be specified in your affiliate dashboard and may be subject to change with prior notice.
Payments are made on a net-30 basis via PayPal, wire transfer, or other approved payment methods. Minimum payout threshold is $50. CPAEntropy reserves the right to withhold payment in case of fraud or violation of terms.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
CPAEntropy uses industry-standard tracking technology. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring tracking pixels are correctly implemented. Discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule, provided no violations have occurred.
CPAEntropy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits.
Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CPAEntropy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from affiliate's breach of this agreement or improper promotion of offers.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received during the course of this agreement.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong.
