Advertisers must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information. CPAEntropy reserves the right to approve or reject any advertiser application at its sole discretion.
All campaigns must be submitted for approval before going live. CPAEntropy reserves the right to reject any campaign that violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate. Campaigns must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Advertisers must pre-fund their accounts or provide valid payment information. Payments for conversions are processed according to the agreed payment schedule. CPAEntropy reserves the right to suspend campaigns for insufficient funds.
The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
CPAEntropy provides real-time tracking and reporting through our advertiser dashboard. Advertisers are responsible for implementing tracking pixels correctly. Discrepancies must be reported within 7 days.
CPAEntropy maintains strict quality standards for all traffic. Advertisers agree to work with CPAEntropy to maintain high-quality traffic sources and may be required to reject low-quality traffic.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices must be paid within 15 days. CPAEntropy reserves the right to immediately terminate for violation of terms.
CPAEntropy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or business interruption.
Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CPAEntropy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from advertiser's breach of this agreement or violation of any law.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received during the course of this agreement.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong.
